Twitch requires those wanting to stream to create an account with a customized channel. This channel can be branded to reflect the user or the brand. Twitch offers their own streaming software called ‘Twitch Studio’. Twitch provides guided onboarding which helps automatically detect a microphone, webcam and other technical aspects of a stream. Pre-loaded starter layouts are also available and alerts and Chat are built-in, helping to easily monitor channel activity. Once ready to go users will select a title, categorize and tag their stream so viewers can find them.
