Convene is a virtual meetings provider that supports unlimited remote audiences, as well as hybrid meetings. When hosting with this platform, customers are assigned a dedicated producer and live operator who will handle everything from pre-event consultation and preparation and day-of-event support to configuration of personal hardware and software. Some featured tools include breakout rooms, networking capabilities, audience polling, Q&A features, post-event analytics and post-video production. The platform features 2 packages– Pro and Plus. The Pro plan will give you capability to have up to 500 attendees, meeting time up to 4 hours and tech run through for up to 2 hours. The Plus plan will give you 1000+ attendees, an 8 hour run time and tech for 4 hours. Pricing is available upon request. One thing customers have to say is that user interface could be updated and more friendly.
